St Kilda Football Club has engaged Ontoit as its Project Manager for the exciting redevelopment of the Moorabbin Reserve to take St Kilda Football Club (STKFC) back to its ‘spiritual home’.

In May 2016, a fire ripped through Somerville Recreation and Community Centre in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, south east of Melbourne. Residents in the rural coastal town were left without a popular public amenity.
Working alongside Mornington Peninsula Shire, ontoit is providing project management services to deliver a new indoor sports facility to replace the existing building. Works will include refurbishment of the damaged community area, creating multi-purpose community spaces, additional amenities for players, officials and public use and a well-equipped recreation centre that serves the local people now and into the future.
The Port of Melbourne is Australia’s largest container port and is critical to Victoria’s continued economic development.
With a growth rate of around six per cent a year, the port is almost at capacity. The restoration of historic Princes Pier in Port Melbourne, which is listed in the Victorian Heritage Register, revived a redundant state-owned landmark into a modern, serviced and flexible public space.
The award-winning project involved removing the existing deck structure, reconstructing 196 metres of pier, including repairing piles to support a new concrete deck, refurbishing the gatehouse and constructing a sculptural timber centrepiece.
