Dr. Mano Nugapitiya
Mano is a highly qualified senior executive, a strategic thinker and projects specialist with over 25 years experience in the planning and delivery of large-scale projects and programs in social and economic infrastructure predominantly for the public sector. With a strong background in asset management, including facility management and operations, Mano brings a ‘whole of life’ asset approach to projects.
He specialises in the front-end strategic positioning of projects and programs with a focus on aligning these to organisations’ business strategy. His areas of specialist skills also include due diligence, technical leadership, business cases and transaction management. Using the breadth of his industry skills and the structured thinking he brings as a post-doctoral researcher; Mano has undertaken a range of complex engagements in the capacity of Specialist Advisor for public sector clients.
Recent engagements include the delivery of the Technology Asset Strategy and the Connected Clinician Strategy for NSW Ambulance, governance review of Perisher & Charlotte Pass Ski Resorts for long-term sustainability, and Asset Management advisory for ICC Sydney, Darling Harbour.
