Peter Murray

Peter has two decades of experience in major infrastructure procurement, delivery and contract management.

This experience has been gained both from within, and as an advisor to, government. In his previous roles within the ACT Government Peter managed the whole-of-government procurement function; reformed WHS on capital projects through the implementation of Active Certification; comprehensively reformed capital works evaluation, procurement, and delivery (The Capital Framework); established the Territory’s jurisdictional guidance on Public Private Partnerships (PPP) and Unsolicited Proposals; established the Territory’s first PPP unit in Treasury.

Peter has advised governments across Australia on the commercial structuring, delivery model selection, and procurement of major Infrastructure projects across a range of sectors.
