Rugby League State & Community Centre

NRL Victoria, in partnership with the State Government, Hume City Council, Melbourne Storm, and the National Rugby League has secured $14.4m to develop a new Rugby League State & Community Centre.

Located in Broadmeadows, the centre will accommodate state and professional level training and development programs as well as professional female training and competition programs.

It will include 2 playing pitches, spectator viewing areas, car parking, landscaping and a pavilion with female-friendly change rooms and amenities.

Ontoit was engaged as the Principal’s Representative, managing the day-to-day project management activities, on behalf of NRL Victoria. Our team is facilitating the delivery of the State and Community
Centre project to the approved quality and requirements. Utilising procurement procedures with a simultaneous project, Ontoit was able to obtain better commercial outcomes on the engagement of consultant team members. Ontoit assisted in establishing selection criteria to identify and locate alternative sites for the project.
